We design and manufacture various measurement jigs, fixtures, and production aids. Our in-house mechanical design and part manufacturing offer significant advantages to our customers. Our skilled mechanical designer creates the drawings and 3D models of the products, which are then approved by the customer. Once approved, the required parts for the product are manufactured in our own production facility.
The product may include turned and milled parts, purchased components, and 3D-printed parts. Our designer is familiar with the production processes, ensuring fast part manufacturing and assembly. Surface treatments are handled by our long-term, skilled partners, who are among the best in their field.
In our design process, we use both Solidworks and Autodesk Fusion 360.
Our in-house 3D printing service can also mean significant cost savings in component manufacturing. Certain parts that are normally machined can be replaced with more affordable 3D printed parts. 3D printing is suitable for non-critical parts that are not subject to external forces or stress.
